Reservations, Cancellations, No-Shows

  • Reservations must be paid in full after booking, within 1 hour of complete booking.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or amend a reservation in cases of no-shows and suspicions of fraud.
  • Changes or cancellations must be made in writing by email to reservations@luckzimanor.com
  • Cancellations must be made within 24 hours prior to arrival for refunds to be valid. Cancellations made after 24 hours do not attract refunds.

Breakfast Policy

  • Breakfast is complimentary for just one person. Additional persons will be charged.

Extra Bed Policy

  • The hotel does not provide extra beds.

Pet Policy

  • Pets are not permitted under any circumstances. If violated, the hotel will ask for a fine.

Smoking Policy

  • Smoking is not allowed in the rooms. If violated, the hotel will ask for a fine.

Noise Policy

  • The hotel asks for cooperation not to disturb other guests. If violated, suspension of stay without refunds may arise.

Culinary Policy

  • Cooking food is strictly prohibited on the hotel premises.
